Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will ensure operational excellence across the client lifecycle while building scalable processes to support future growthResponsibilities includeBuilding and implementing the firm's operational framework from the ground upOverseeing the day-to-day operational infrastructure across the brokerageManaging MT4/MT5 operational processes, controls and best practicesMonitoring trade booking, reconciliations and operational riskLeading payment service provider (PSP) onboarding, integrations and ongoing managementOverseeing client onboarding, account opening and operational workflowsDeveloping robust operational controls, policies and governance proceduresSupporting audit processes and regulatory reporting requirementsBuilding, mentoring and leading an operations team as the business growsDriving operational efficiencies through automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT and ClaudeRequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience within Retail CFD OperationsAt least 2 years' experience managing peopleProven experience building or improving operational frameworks within a retail brokerageStrong knowledge of PSP onboarding and payment operationsHands-on experience with bridge technology, including OneZero and/or CentroidExperience managing MT4/MT5 operational environmentsStrong understanding of trade lifecycle management, operational risk and reconciliationsExperience supporting audits and regulatory reportingA proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentComfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve operational efficiency and workflows.
