The Italian organisation is entering a new phase of growth, integration and professionalisation, with the ambition to strengthen its performance and play a broader role within the Group.As Head of Operations Italy, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the operational performance of the Italian organisation. You will lead planning, fleet, workshop and related support activities, while strengthening the organisation’s structure, performance culture and readiness for further growth.Working closely with both the local leadership team and the European Group, you will play a central role in aligning the Italian organisation with broader operational standards and growth ambitions. You will translate Group priorities into clear local actions, with a strong focus on efficiency, accountability, cost control and service performance.You will also support the further integration of the Italian business within the wider European organisation, including key digitalisation, process improvement and change initiatives.Your profileYou are a senior operations leader with experience in transport or logistics.You combine strategic judgement with a hands-on leadership style and are comfortable taking ownership of both day-to-day performance and longer-term organisational development.You know how to improve structure, clarify responsibilities and introduce stronger performance management without losing the trust and engagement of the teams.You are also able to operate effectively within an international group context, balancing local business needs with broader European standards and priorities.Fluency in Italian and English/French is essentialWhy this role?Full operational ownership for the Italian businessDirect collaboration with local and European leadershipA key role in integrating the Italian organisation within a larger European GroupThe opportunity to improve structure, performance and operational standardsA central position in the organisation’s next phase of growth
