Head of Operations

Our client is an established Italian logistics business and part of a larger European group with operations across multiple countries. The Italian organisation is entering a new phase of growth, integration and professionalisation, with the ambition to strengthen its performance and play a broader role within the Group.As Head of Operations Italy, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the operational performance of the Italian organisation. You will lead planning, fleet, workshop and related support activities, while strengthening the organisation’s structure, performance culture and readiness for further growth.Working closely with both the local leadership team and the European Group, you will play a central role in aligning the Italian organisation with broader operational standards and growth ambitions.
