Scale the Monster.At WICK MONSTERS, we’re not interested in building just another fashion brand.We’re building a company where creativity, execution and ambition move at the same speed.Every collection.Every launch.Every partnership.Every operational decision.Everything matters.As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who wants to build the operational engine that will power the next chapter of WICK MONSTERS.This isn’t about maintaining what’s already there.It’s about creating what doesn’t exist yet.YOUR MISSIONTurn vision into execution.Create structure where others see complexity.Design systems.Build processes.Scale operations.Lead with ownership.Your mission is to build the operational foundation that allows WICK MONSTERS to grow without compromising speed, quality or creativity.WHAT YOU’LL OWNOperational StructureBuild the company’s operational structure.Define roles, workflows and priorities that enable sustainable growth.Processes & SOPsImplement operating procedures, monitoring systems and professional tools that improve efficiency across the business.Production & SourcingWork directly with manufacturing partners in China.Coordinate product development, sampling and production timelines.Logistics & WarehousingManage daily operations with warehouses in China and international logistics partners.Oversee inventory, shipments, incidents and replenishment.Drops, Launches & EventsCoordinate product launches, campaigns, PR activities and brand activations.Organisation & ScalabilityIdentify operational bottlenecks.Design solutions that allow the business to grow efficiently without compromising quality.Talent & TeamHelp identify exceptional people.Build and develop the team that will support the next stage of WICK MONSTERS.AI & AutomationIntroduce AI tools and automation that improve processes, increase productivity and support better decision-making.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for people who enjoy building systems, solving complex problems and taking ownership.People who thrive in fast-moving environments.People who turn ideas into execution.You’ll ideally bring:Experience in fashion, streetwear, e-commerce or fast-growing brands.An entrepreneurial mindset.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Experience working in brands during periods of rapid growth.A solid understanding of the fashion industry.Strong knowledge of AI tools and productivity software.The ability to design operational structures, procedures and scalable processes.Excellent written and spoken English.
