Head of Operations

Backed by ambitious growth plans, the business is on a journey towards a £50m revenue target and is seeking to appoint a Head of Operations to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering this expansion.Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will take full accountability for building and leading a scalable, high-performing operational function.
