This role is responsible for developing operational strategies, optimizing business processes, driving efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision, objectives, and growth plans.• Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and performance standards.• Monitor key operational metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.• Drive operational excellence initiatives, process optimization, automation, and cost-efficiency programs.• Collaborate with department leaders to align operational activities with business goals and customer expectations.• Manage resource planning, workforce allocation, budgeting, and operational forecasting.• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.• Lead change management, organizational transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Oversee compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and operational controls.• Develop and mentor managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.• Support strategic planning, expansion initiatives, and new business opportunities.• Prepare executive reports, operational reviews, and business performance updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in operations management, business management, supply chain, logistics, or related leadership roles.• Strong understanding of operational strategy, process improvement, and organizational performance management.• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale operational functions.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and performance management.• Familiarity with business systems, ERP platforms, data analytics, and operational reporting tools.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.• Strong commercial awareness and strategic business acumen.• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
