designed around trust, security, accountability and verifiable chain of custody.At the heart of our proposition is our patented Tag & Scan technology, providing a secure verification layer throughout the delivery journey and connecting customers, restaurants, drivers and agents within one ecosystem.With our core platforms now moving through testing and launch readiness, we are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to help take AYTSFD from pre launch into live operations and build the operational foundations needed to scale.This is not a traditional Head of Operations role where you inherit an established operation.We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to build it with us.What You’ll Be DoingYou will play a central role in turning our technology, commercial model and customer proposition into a practical, scalable operation.Your responsibilities will include:• Taking ownership of operational readiness through testing, UAT, pilot launch and transition into live operations• Building and managing our end to end operating model across restaurants, drivers, customers and agents• Developing scalable processes for restaurant onboarding, activation, training, support and performance• Establishing driver onboarding, background checking, compliance, activation, safety, performance and operational support processes• Helping operationalise our Agent Growth Engine and its relationship with restaurant and business acquisition• Managing relationships with relevant delivery partners, insurers, background check providers, POS and order management providers, aggregators and other third party partners• Establishing SOPs, service standards, KPIs, dashboards, escalation processes, incident management and operational controls• Ensuring our patented Tag & Scan security and verification model works effectively throughout the real world delivery journey• Building an operating model capable of supporting our initial launch and subsequent UK expansion• Helping define, recruit and lead the operational team required as the business grows• Working closely with Product, Technology, Commercial, Marketing, Legal, HR and the wider leadership teamWho We’re Looking ForWe would particularly like to hear from people who have helped build, launch or scale operations within food delivery, last mile delivery, logistics, mobility, marketplace platforms or other on demand businesses.You should understand the realities of operating a multi sided platform and be comfortable working in an environment where not everything has already been built for you.Experience across restaurant or merchant operations, driver and courier networks, operational technology, third party integrations, launch programmes or marketplace operations would be particularly valuable.Most importantly, we are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands on execution.We don't need someone who simply tells us what the operation should look like.We need someone who wants to help us build it.Please Read This Before ApplyingWe want to be completely transparent about our remuneration model from the outset.This is currently an equity remunerated senior leadership opportunity during our pre revenue stage.There is no immediate cash salary attached to the role at this stage.The successful candidate will participate in the equity of the business under Atyourtime's standard equity and vesting framework.As the business progresses into live operations and sustainable revenue or funding, the intention is for the role to transition into an appropriately salaried leadership position through a separate employment arrangement.We recognise that this model will not suit everyone, and that is absolutely
