Head of OperationsLocation: CarlisleWorking Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30-17:00 Excellent Package + Autonomy + Member of SLTAbout the RoleThis is a key leadership position, responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and ensuring the business is ready for future growth. You will play a central role in strengthening existing operations, addressing legacy challenges and building a resilient, adaptable manufacturing function.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive performance improvement through data, root cause analysis and effective KPI management.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across production and manufacturing processes.Develop a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement and continuous development.Address operational and legacy challenges while preparing the business for future growth.Empower teams through effective delegation, ensuring the right people have ownership and accountability.Work closely with senior stakeholders to improve capability, efficiency and overall site performance.About You:A strong understanding of production metrics, KPIs and performance improvement.A track record of delivering operational change and modernising established or legacy operations.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, unite and inspire large, diverse teams.A practical, visible leadership style with the ability to work closely with teams on the shop floor.Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environments with demanding timelines.A strong focus on continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.If this is of interest, please apply with your updated CV and a member of our team will get in touch!
