Head of Operations – Cleaning / Soft ServicesLondon / South East | £75,000 – £80,000 + Profit ShareWe're working with a highly regarded, specialist cleaning business that has built a strong reputation for delivering bespoke, high-quality services across corporate and commercial environments. The business is growing, ambitious and entering an exciting next phase, and they're now looking for a senior operational leader who can help take the business to the next level.This is a role for someone who wants real influence, real responsibility and the opportunity to make a genuine impact. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll take a leading role across the operational side of the business. You'll provide direction, develop the existing management structure and ensure the business continues to deliver an outstanding service to its clients.You'll also be expected to get involved when needed. This is a hands-on leadership position where visibility, relationships and being close to the operation really matter.You'll be involved in:Leading and developing the operational functionSupporting and developing operational managersBuilding strong, long-term client relationshipsDriving service quality, performance and accountabilityIdentifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencySupporting the continued growth of the businessDeveloping talent and strengthening the wider management teamWorking closely with the wider senior leadership teamTaking ownership of challenges and finding practical solutionsYou'll be:An experienced leader within commercial cleaning, soft services or FMA strong people manager who knows how to get the best from different personalitiesCommercially minded and comfortable having conversations with senior clientsConfident managing complex contracts and operational challengesHands-on, resilient and willing to roll your sleeves upSomeone who naturally builds relationships and earns trustComfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, growing environment
