Head Of Operations

Role Description The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across Dubai, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and efficiency across multiple commercial and residential client sites. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai includes managing operations teams and supervisors, optimizing schedules and resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of service for annual maintenance contracts and ad hoc projects. The role involves monitoring performance through Cleantelligence and other reporting tools, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and relevant UAE regulations. The Head of Operations will collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and expansion, while maintaining strong relationships with key clients and suppliers. The individual will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing team members, fostering a culture of professionalism, safety, and accountability.Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading multi-site operations, ideally in facilities management, cleaning services, or a related service industry.Strong people management skills, including team leadership, performance management, coaching, and workforce planning for large frontline teams.Proficiency in operational planning and process optimization, with the ability to use digital tools and reporting systems to track performance and drive efficiency.Client relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain long-term service agreements.Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards, with familiarity with ISO-aligned practices and UAE regulatory requirements considered an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience managing budgets, resource utilization, and operational KPIs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial but not required.Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, facilities management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.Proven
