Employment Type: Full-time (Expatriate Package)Job SummaryNoatum Ports is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and oversee all terminal operations at its Luanda Terminal in Angola.The role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of port and terminal operations, while driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, asset optimization, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across terminal operations, equipment management, operational planning, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.This is a senior leadership position offered under an expatriate package and is suited to professionals with extensive experience in port terminals, maritime logistics, container operations, and large-scale operational management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all terminal operational activities, ensuring safe and efficient 24/7 operations.Drive productivity, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage port assets, equipment performance, and operational planning activities.Oversee compliance with HSE, ISPS, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.Build and maintain relationships with customers, shipping lines, port authorities, and regulatory bodies.Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary operational teams.Monitor operational KPIs and implement actions to improve business performance.

Qualifications
