Head of Operations

We are actively looking for a Head of Operations to join our Operations team,Core Responsibilities:Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure operational excellence.Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.Drive operational performance, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business targets.Lead, coach, and develop regional management teams.Ensure consistent execution of operational standards across all locations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.Manage operational budgets, resources, and performance reporting.Essential Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.10+ years of experience in retail or multi-site operations.Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing regional or operational teams.Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.Experience managing KPIs, operational performance, and business improvement initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong business and commercial acumen.Proficiency in Arabic and English.
