The Head of Operations will be responsible for ensuring the organisation can scale effectively across its people, processes and operations. Working closely with leadership, they will help align teams, drive process improvements and oversee the successful delivery of key initiatives, enabling the business to continue expanding its technology offering and strengthen its position across the energy and trading markets.This is a hands-on leadership role in operations where you will be turning business strategy into operational delivery.
