Head of Operations – FF&E Industry

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations with a strong background in the Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) industry to oversee production operations in China and manage cross-functional teams across China, India, and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end FF&E production, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery operations in China.Lead and coordinate multiple teams across China, India, and the Philippines.Manage suppliers, production schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines.Ensure smooth coordination between production, procurement, technical, and project management teams.Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.Ensure timely execution of multiple international FF&E projects.

Requirements

10–15 years of professional experience, with a strong background in FF&E operations, furniture manufacturing, and hospitality projects.Strong knowledge of China's manufacturing industry and supplier network.Experience managing multicultural and geographically distributed teams.Strong leadership, operational planning, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment.Experience in luxury hospitality FF&E projects is highly preferred.
