work directly in spreadsheets, systems, processes, and operational details when required.Strong process-design capabilities and the ability to transform recurring work into documented, measurable, and scalable systems.Comfortable entering environments where processes may be incomplete, inconsistent, or undocumented, and approaching ambiguity with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset.Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills, with the ability to establish accountability across teams and external partners.Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.Builder mentality with a demonstrated preference for creating scalable systems and developing teams rather than simply maintaining existing operations.BenefitsFully remote position with the flexibility associated with a distributed operating environment.High level of ownership and autonomy over the company's operational infrastructure and organizational development.Opportunity to directly shape supply chain, reporting, systems, hiring, and operational processes within a high-growth DTC business.Significant leadership scope with the opportunity to build and develop a team of 4–6 functional owners.Potential equity conversation after 12 months, contingent on performance and progress toward defined COO-level criteria.Opportunity to progress toward a COO-level role once functional leaders are independently managing their domains and day-to-day operational involvement is no longer required.Direct visibility into business performance and the opportunity to make measurable improvements across operational efficiency, inventory, fulfillment, reporting, and organizational accountability. How Jobgether WorksWe use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
