Head of Operations – Health & Beauty

A leading UAE retail group is hiring a Head of Operations to lead operations for its Health & Beauty business, spanning a large, multi-site retail network across the UAE. This is a senior leadership role reporting into senior commercial leadership, responsible for end-to-end retail operations across the network.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day retail operations to deliver sales, profitability, productivity, and customer experience targets across all locationsTranslate business strategy into operational execution plans, ensuring consistent implementation across the networkOwn operational KPIs including Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion, Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, Availability, and Operating CostsPartner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to improve product availability, stock rotation, and inventory healthEnsure consistent execution of operating standards, SOPs, and regulatory/compliance requirements across all locationsLead operational readiness for new site openings, refurbishments, and business transformation projectsDrive a customer-first culture and monitor service metrics and operational audits to improve customer satisfactionLead, coach, and develop Area Managers and Store Management teams, drive succession planning and capability developmentPartner with HR on manpower planning, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capabilityEnsure full compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and statutory requirements, lead audit action plansWhat We're Looking ForExtensive experience in retail operations leadership within FMCG, health & beauty, or a related regulated retail sectorProven track record managing multi-site retail networks and driving topline growth through strong operational KPI ownershipStrong people leadership experience, including managing Area Managers and Store Managers
