As we continue to expand our operations and enter new markets, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Operations to lead our business operations, drive operational excellence, and support our long-term growth strategy.Reporting directly to the Owner & CEO, this role is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments operate efficiently, and implementing systems and processes that maximize productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead and oversee the daily operations of the company across all departments.Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Leasing, Marketing, Administration, HR, Property Management, and Finance.Build scalable operational systems that support company growth and expansion.Sales & Leasing OperationsMonitor and optimize the performance of the Sales and Leasing departments.Ensure proper lead distribution, CRM compliance, and pipeline management.Track team KPIs, productivity, conversion rates, and overall operational performance.Work closely with department managers to improve efficiency and accountability.Administration & ComplianceOversee all administrative and operational functions.Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and all applicable UAE real estate laws.Monitor transaction processing, documentation, listings, contracts, and internal quality standards.Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop department managers and operational staff.Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans where required.Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning.Financial & Business PerformanceMonitor operational budgets and expenses.Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce operational costs.Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for the Owner & CEO.Analyze business performance and recommend strategic improvements.Customer ExperienceEnsure exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.Improve operational processes that enhance client satisfaction and retention.Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.Technology & Process ImprovementOptimize the use of CRM systems and operational software.Implement automation and technology solutions to improve efficiency.Continuously evaluate and improve workflows across all departments.Minimum RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry.Minimum 5 years in a senior operations leadership role, such as Head of Operations, General Manager, Operations Director, or Chief Operating Officer within a real estate brokerage.Proven experience managing teams of 50+ employees across multiple departments.Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate brokerage operations, including off-plan, secondary sales, leasing, and property management.Extensive knowledge of RERA regulations, DLD procedures, and UAE real estate compliance.Proven track record of building operational systems, improving productivity, and scaling businesses.Experience implementing KPIs, SOPs, reporting structures, and performance management systems.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
