Through its subsidiaries such as MetaComp, Alpha Ladder builds and scales regulated financial and digital asset infrastructure across global markets.Role SummaryWe are looking for a Head of Operations, Wealth Division to build and lead the operations function supporting ALFin's growing wealth business. This is a hands-on leadership role: the successful candidate will manage a team handling day-to-day operations while also acting as a core member of the team designing the next-generation financial platform that underpins the business — one built to operate seamlessly across both digital-asset and traditional-asset rails.The role reports into senior management and works closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, and Finance to ensure the wealth business scales with sound operational controls.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam leadershipBuild, manage, and develop an operations team capable of supporting a growing and increasingly complex wealth businessEstablish clear operating procedures, workflows, and escalation paths as transaction volume and product range scaleAct as the operational point of accountability for the wealth division to senior managementPlatform and systems designPartner with Product and Technology as a core contributor to the design of ALFin's next-generation financial platformDesign and specify systems and workflows that support a combined "Web2.5" product set — spanning digital assets (including tokenized RWA) and traditional assets (e.g. money market funds) — on a unified operating modelIdentify and help resolve operational gaps between digital-asset infrastructure (on-chain settlement, custody, wallets) and traditional asset servicing (fund administration, registrar/transfer agency processes, custodial banking)Booking, reconciliation, and reportingOwn end-to-end trade and position booking across digital and traditional asset productsDesign and run reconciliation processes across on-chain and off-chain/fiat rails, custodians, fund administrators, and counterpartiesBuild and maintain management and regulatory reporting for the wealth business, including MIS for senior management and RMG-level reportingEnsure books and records meet the standard required of a CMS-licensed entityControls and scalingDesign operational controls appropriate to a regulated capital markets business handling both conventional and digital assetsSupport onboarding of new products, venues, and counterparties (e.g. custodians, fund administrators) with appropriate operational due diligenceContribute to operational input on new product proposals and internal governance processesException and incident managementTrade breaks, settlement fails, and reconciliation exception handling as a named responsibilityOperational incident escalation and post-mortem processClient-facing operationsClient servicing / query resolution for account statements, corporate actions, redemptionsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience leading an operations function in financial services — asset management, brokerage, fund administration, custody, or a comparable capital markets environmentDirect experience with securities/fund operations (booking, NAV/valuation processes, reconciliation, fund administration) and exposure to digital asset operations (on-chain settlement, custody, wallet infrastructure) — candidates strong in one side with genuine appetite to build the other will be consideredTrack record designing or scaling operational systems and processes from an early stage, ideally in a regulated, licensed environmentStrong reconciliation and controls mindset; comfortable owning books and records for a regulated entityExperience working cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Compliance to translate operational requirements into system designFamiliarity with Singapore's regulatory environment (MAS SFA/CMS framework) is a strong advantageComfortable operating in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment spanning both traditional finance and Web3Exposure to AI technologies, with an expectation to build AI-driven tooling internally (e.g. for reconciliation, reporting, and monitoring workflows)Reporting LineReports to senior management within Alpha Ladder Finance / the wealth division leadership.We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.
