Head of Partnerships & OperationsThe Open World — Residencies & Citizenships Contract · Dubai, UAE (On-site)About the roleThe Open World is an international immigration and investment advisory firm headquartered in Dubai and Paris, assisting entrepreneurs, investors and families with residency and citizenship solutions across Europe and the Caribbean.Following the successful launch of France IDEA, an innovative Residency by Investment programme in France, we are looking for a Head of Partnerships & Operations to help build the next stage of our international growth.The successful candidate will be expected to grow into the company's second-in-command, taking ownership of both external partnerships and internal execution as the business continues to expand.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with immigration firms, wealth managers, family offices, law firms, banks and other strategic partners worldwide.Represent the company alongside the Founder at international conferences and strategic partner meetings.Build and maintain long-term B2B partnerships, supporting the onboarding of new partners and, where relevant, referral opportunities across our Caribbean Citizenship by Investment portfolio.Source and evaluate French companies seeking funding through the France IDEA platform.Review business plans, financial statements, corporate structures and supporting documentation, coordinating the internal screening process before opportunities are presented to investors.Liaise with legal, banking and compliance partners throughout screening and onboarding.Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Dubai office, directing and supporting the wider team's workflow.Work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives, international expansion and new business development, acting as his primary point of coordination when he is unavailable or travelling.Candidate ProfileFluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Minimum 3 years' experience in the investment migration industry is essential, working with residency and/or citizenship by investment programmes.Existing relationships with international immigration firms, wealth managers, family offices or strategic partners would be a strong advantage.Strong understanding of the European Golden Visa landscape and Caribbean Citizenship by Investment programmes, with the ability to confidently present and compare solutions to international partners and clients.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law or a related field.Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse financial statements, business plans, corporate structures and investment opportunities, and exercise sound commercial judgement when screening companies for the France IDEA platform.Comfortable representing the company at international conferences and senior-level meetings.Able to travel internationally on a regular basis, including at short notice.Highly organised, commercially minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.PreferredExperience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory or wealth management.French language skills.Experience managing projects, teams or business operations.What We OfferJoin one of the fastest-growing international businesses in the investment migration industry.Work directly with the Founder and become a key member of the leadership team.Build a unique international platform at the intersection of investment migration, corporate finance and international business.Extensive international travel across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.Significant autonomy, responsibility and visibility from day one.Competitive salary, performance bonus and clear long-term progression as the business grows.We are looking for someone who combines the professionalism of a corporate environment with the entrepreneurial mindset of a growing business.
