Head of Performance & Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Head of Performance & Transformation to lead enterprise-wide performance management and transformation initiatives within a large, complex organization.Roles & Responsibilities:Enterprise Performance ManagementLead the corporate performance management cycle including target setting, monitoring, business reviews, and executive reporting.Design and continuously improve enterprise KPI frameworks and departmental scorecards.Deliver executive-level performance analysis, diagnostics, variance reporting, and root cause assessments.Transformation ManagementLead and manage a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives.Develop business cases, financial models, benefit realization plans, and transformation roadmaps.Establish governance frameworks, stage gates, performance tracking, and value realization mechanisms.Stakeholder & Change ManagementEngage senior leadership and executive stakeholders across the organization.Support change management, stakeholder communication, and adoption activities.Manage external consultants and advisory partners supporting transformation programs.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, or related discipline.MBA or Master's degree from a leading institution preferred.15+ years of progressive experience in performance management and transformationCertifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management or PRINCE2
