This is a senior leadership role owning the full Personal Finance business — product proposition, portfolio growth, P&L, pricing, customer acquisition, and lifecycle management — with end-to-end accountability for the customer journey from product design and eligibility through credit, fulfilment, servicing, and portfolio performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Personal Finance P&L — revenue, growth, and profitability targetsDefine and evolve the product proposition and pricing strategy for the Personal Finance portfolioDrive customer acquisition strategy across digital and traditional channelsOwn portfolio performance management — asset quality, delinquency, and risk-adjusted returnsLead end-to-end journey design: eligibility criteria, credit decisioning, fulfilment, and servicingPartner with Credit/Risk on policy design and portfolio risk appetiteOwn lifecycle management — retention, cross-sell, and portfolio optimizationEnsure regulatory and compliance alignment across the Personal Finance journeyLead and develop the Personal Finance teamRequirementsMust-Haves12+ years in Retail Banking, with significant leadership experience specifically in Personal Finance / unsecured lendingStrong understanding of lending economics, pricing, and credit policyProven experience owning portfolio management and P&L for a lending productExperience with digital lending journeysStrong grasp of risk and compliance requirements in consumer lendingDemonstrated leadership in customer acquisition strategy for lending productsNice-to-HavesExperience in a GCC/KSA banking marketExposure to digital transformation or fintech partnership initiatives within a bankExperience managing cross-functional stakeholders (Credit, Risk, Compliance, Digital, Operations)Why Join Us[Client-specific — needs input: growth story, market position, or transformation mandate you want to highlight]DisclaimerCodeNinja is an equal opportunity employer.
