Head of Planning for EPC Infrastructure in UAEProcer hires, on behalf of its Client, Trojan Construction Holding, a major UAE construction and infrastructure group, a Head of Planning to lead the Group's planning function from its Abu Dhabi headquarters.Head of Planning / Tender Planning ManagerHead of Planning – Civil (background)Head of Planning – MEP (background)Position DetailsLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEDuration: PermanentStart: ASAPWork Model: Trojan Home OfficeRole DefinitionManages the Planning function in the organization, on both tendering and construction planningReports to the Board for all planning activities in the EPC mega infrastructure companyReports to: Top Executives / BoardSupervises: Planning team of approximately 30 professionalWhat We Request18–20 years of construction planning experience in mega infrastructure projects(projects exceeding AED 500 million)8–10+ years in senior planning leadership roles Planning Director/ Planning Manager for EPC InfrastructureCritical skills / familiar with:Strong expertise in CPM, delay analysis, productivity analysis and schedule riskHands-on experience with EOT programmes, claims and FIDIC-related planning requirementsExperience integrating engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning schedulesExperience with resource loading, cost loading, EVM, forecasting and KPI reportingCertifications:PMP certification is preferred.AACE International (Planning & Scheduling Professional – PSP or equivalent)PMI, CIOB, ICE, or equivalent is preferredUAE/GCC experience required, with Saudi Arabia/KSA project experience – 5 years
