Head of PMO

Fidarsi is partnering with an established wealth management business to appoint a Head of PMO to lead and develop its project and change function.This is a senior and highly visible role, working closely with the Executive team and senior stakeholders to provide oversight and governance across a portfolio of strategic, regulatory and business transformation initiatives.We are looking for an experienced PMO leader who can bring structure, challenge and consistency to change delivery, while operating effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the PMO function and provide oversight across the organisation’s change portfolioEstablish and maintain robust project governance, reporting and delivery frameworksPartner with senior leadership to prioritise projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectivesProvide clear visibility of portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, budgets and resourcesDrive consistency and best practice across project and programme deliveryChallenge project owners and stakeholders to ensure accountability and successful outcomesOversee resource and capacity planning across the change portfolioSupport the delivery of strategic, operational, technology and regulatory changeProvide high-quality reporting and insight to Executive and Board-level stakeholdersBuild a strong culture of delivery, governance and continuous improvementAbout You:Significant experience leading a PMO, Change or Transformation function within financial servicesIdeally experienced within wealth management, investment management, asset management or a similarly regulated environmentStrong understanding of portfolio governance, programme delivery and change methodologiesProven experience managing complex, business-wide transformation portfoliosExcellent senior stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challengeCommercial, pragmatic and comfortable balancing governance with the need to deliverExperience presenting at Executive and/or Board levelStrong understanding of operating within an FCA-regulated environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of PMO to take ownership of a significant change portfolio and play a key role in the continued evolution of a successful wealth management business.
