WESTAY is a next-generation luxury travel ecosystem designed for the world’s most discerning travelers, integrating ultra-luxury hospitality, private aviation, yachting, and curated destination experiences into one seamless global platform, redefining how sophisticated travelers discover, plan, and experience the world.About the role:WeStay is looking for a highly experienced Private Aviation leader and senior broker to establish, build and lead the WeStay Private Aviation division. This is not simply a broker position. We need someone who can take full ownership of the private aviation business within WeStay - from building the operator and aircraft-owner network to hiring the team, establishing processes, managing clients, negotiating charters and ultimately generating significant revenue. Key Responsibilities:1. Build the Department Create the complete structure for WeStay Private Aviation, including: Sales Charter brokerage Flight operations Supplier/operator relations Client servicing Account management 24/7 aviation support Develop the SOPs, workflows, approval processes, pricing strategy, margins and service standards. 2. Build the Team Recruit and manage the required aviation team as the division grows. This may include: Senior Private Jet Brokers; Charter Brokers; Aviation Sales Executives; Flight Operations / Flight Support; Client Services; Supplier Relations The Head of Aviation should determine the appropriate initial structure and expansion plan based on business volume. 3. Build Operator & Owner Network Develop direct relationships and preferred commercial arrangements with: Private jet operators Aircraft owners Fleet managers Aircraft management companies FBOs Handling companies International aviation partners The objective is to give WeStay strong aircraft access, competitive pricing and priority availability across the Middle East, Europe and internationally.4. Generate Revenue The person must be commercially driven and personally involved in developing the business. Responsibilities include: Bringing new private aviation clients to WeStay Converting existing WeStay luxury travel clients into private aviation clients Developing relationships with family offices and UHNW individuals Developing corporate accounts Growing repeat charter business Cross-selling aviation with WeStay hotels, villas, yachts and concierge services Building a strong sales pipeline Establishing annual GMV, revenue and gross-profit targets Personally handling strategic and high-value accounts We are looking for someone who is: Entrepreneurial – wants to build a business, not simply occupy a corporate position. Commercial – understands revenue, margins, negotiation and client acquisition. Connected – already has relationships throughout the private aviation ecosystem. Hands-on – capable of personally managing a charter from initial inquiry through aircraft sourcing, negotiation, confirmation and completion. Leadership-oriented – capable of recruiting and developing a high-performance aviation team. Luxury-service focused – understands the expectations of Royal Family, VIP and UHNW travelers. Available when required – understands that private aviation is a 24/7 business and high-value requests can arrive at any time. Requirements:Ideally 7–15+ years of private aviation experience, with strong hands-on experience in private jet charter, brokerage, sales and/or commercial aviation. Have deep knowledge of the Middle East & European private aviation market Understand the GCC UHNW and VIP client environmentHave an established network of private jet operators Have relationships with aircraft owners and fleet managers Understand aircraft availability, positioning and empty legs Know different aircraft categories, capabilities and limitations Understand charter pricing and market rates Be highly experienced in negotiating directly with operators Understand permits, slots, handling, FBOs, crew limitations and operational requirements Understand international charter regulations and safety/compliance requirements Be capable of managing complex and last-minute flight requests Have strong commercial and sales ability Understand how to protect margins while remaining competitive Have experience managing VIP, Royal Family, HNW and UHNW clientsShould have commercial experience, not only operationally strong but who can generate business. Should have existing relationships with frequent private jet users; UHNW/HNW client relationships; Family office relationships; Corporate/private aviation accounts; Travel agency and concierge relationshipsStrong industry network Proven charter sales track record Proven annual revenue / gross profit production
