Location: Sara BuriWorking Condition: Mon-SatOur client, an international manufacturing group producing decorative products for the food and confectionery industry, is looking for a hands-on leader to build and professionalize its procurement and supply chain functionsAbout the roleLead, coach and develop the team; set clear processes, approval levels and internal controls - Build sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging, indirect materials and servicesQualify local and international suppliers together with Quality and R&DLead negotiations on price, payment terms, lead time, MOQ and contractsReduce total cost of ownership while protecting quality, food safety and supply continuitySet up supplier scorecards, risk assessments and dual-source plans for critical materialsCo-decide safety stocks, reorder points and inbound priorities with Planning, Warehouse, Logistics and FinanceCoordinate inbound shipments and import documentation; cut avoidable express freight and demurrageQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field - Procurement or strategic sourcing experience, ideally in food, FMCG, packaging or manufacturingAt least 3 years leading a teamStrong track record in negotiation, cost optimization, contract management and supplier developmentKnowledge of EU regulations relevant to food products, including food safety and supplier compliance requirementsGood grasp of inventory planning, warehousing and inbound logistics; confident with ERP and ExcelThai nationality, proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
