Most people do not need more technology in their lives. They need less of their life consumed by managing it.Remembering. Following up. Coordinating. Deciding. Switching between tools. Carrying context from one place to another. Handling the hundreds of small things that still depend on them being present.WYLE is building a Clone with Conscience: something that learns how you think, decide, communicate and live, so it can increasingly handle parts of life the way you would. The ambition is simple: give people more of their life back. The product vision is already large. Now we need someone exceptional at turning that vision into a product people can actually use, trust and feel the value of.We are hiring a Head of Product. At heart, this is a Product Architect role. You will work directly with the Founder and Engineering to turn ambitious product direction into something coherent, deeply thought through and ready to become real. What you ownYou will lead Product from idea to user outcome. That means taking something that may begin as a principle, a problem or an ambitious product direction and turning it into a product that is precise enough to build and deep enough to matter. You will own Product prioritisation, definition, quality and the operating system around how WYLE moves from product thinking into execution. The work requires someone who is comfortable with ambiguity but does not leave ambiguity unresolved. You should instinctively look past the obvious feature and ask what problem is actually being removed, how the product should behave when reality becomes messy, where the boundaries sit, what the user should experience and what must be true before we can honestly say the problem has been solved. You should naturally think in systems, behaviours, dependencies, trade-offs and outcomes, and be able to turn that thinking into Product work Engineering can build from. This is a Head role, but it is deliberately hands-on. You will write, define, review, make difficult Product decisions, challenge assumptions, work closely with Engineering and stay close to users. As the function grows, you will build a small, exceptionally strong Product team around a system that already works rather than using headcount to compensate for a weak one.Who we are looking forTypically 8–15 years of relevant experience, although evidence matters much more than tenure. We are looking for someone who has already done several of these:taken a 0→1 product from ambiguity to real users;shaped complex Product problems into something Engineering could build;owned sophisticated, stateful or multi-system products;worked closely with strong Engineering teams;made difficult Product trade-offs;changed direction because user evidence proved an assumption wrong;shipped products that produced measurable user value;built successfully in early-stage or high-ambiguity environments;personally done deep Product work rather than only managing PMs.Experience with AI, agents, personalisation, workflows, trust-sensitive products or complex consumer technology is particularly relevant. We care less about the company names on your CV than the quality of the Product work behind them. The right person will have strong Product judgement, genuine 0→1 evidence, systems thinking, technical fluency and unusually high ownership. You should write clearly, go deeper than the first answer and move quickly without becoming superficial. You should be confident enough to challenge an assumption when you think it is wrong and secure enough to change your own view when the evidence says you were wrong.Probably not for you, if:most of your Product experience is ceremonies and stakeholder management;you mainly optimise mature features;you need a large PM team before you can operate;you avoid hands-on Product work;you struggle with ambiguity;you want the title more than the responsibility.CompensationThis is an equity-led role with a partial salary during WYLE's current stage. We are looking for someone who wants meaningful ownership and is comfortable joining before WYLE reaches mature-company compensation levels.Detailed compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. To ApplySend:your CV to ceo@wyle.ai or DM on LinkedIn;one 0→1 product you personally helped take from ambiguity to real users;what you personally owned;what changed because of your decisions;one important Product decision you got wrong and what you learned from it;any Product work or case studies you can share. We are not looking for someone who can manage a roadmap. We are looking for someone who can take an ambitious idea and make it real without making it ordinary.
