Head of Product - Prediction Markets, Hyperliquid - Fully Remote Plexus has partnered with a fast-growing technology company that is building a new generation of on-chain event and prediction markets, bringing trading, social and financial products together in a highly composable crypto-native environment.The business is looking for a Head of Product to own the full product function across strategy, roadmap, design and execution. This is a highly hands-on role working directly with the founders and engineering team, with significant ownership over the product and its growth trajectory.Responsibilities:Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap from 0 to 1 and beyondWork closely with engineering to scope, prioritise and ship productsBuild growth mechanics including referrals, social sharing, recurring markets and retention loopsTurn technically complex financial products into intuitive experiences for mainstream usersOwn activation, retention and organic acquisition metricsLead product and design hiring as the company scalesSet product and design direction, working hands-on in Figma and with detailed product specificationsMake independent product decisions in a fast-moving environmentRequirements:Senior or founding product experience at a distribution-led consumer technology companyProven track record of growing consumer products through organic, viral or community-led channelsExperience building products that achieve strong user engagement and retentionBackground in trading, betting, gaming, social finance or adjacent consumer financial productsStrong understanding of activation, retention and organic acquisition metricsComfortable operating with high autonomy and pace in an early-stage environmentNice to have:Experience with prediction markets, derivatives or financial trading productsExperience building social or community-driven consumer productsExperience taking a product from 0 to 1Experience hiring and managing product and design teamsDeep familiarity with DeFi or on-chain protocolsBenefits:Significant ownership over product strategy and directionOpportunity to build and scale the product function from an early stageCompetitive salary + equityFully remote
