Hands-on AI builder.📍 London | Competitive salary + meaningful equityWe’re leading a confidential search for a Head of Product at a well-funded consumer AI business building agents that make decisions and carry out real-world tasks for customers.AI has fundamentally changed how products are built. We’re looking for a product leader who has embraced that shift first-hand: someone who is constantly learning, experimenting and shipping, and who uses AI to explore problems, test ideas and build faster.Working directly with the CEO, you’ll shape product strategy, stay close to the product and build the team around you. The business operates in a regulated environment, so you’ll need to combine pace and ambition with the judgement required to build products people trust.Who we’re looking forA genuine 0→1 builder. You’ve helped build an early-stage business, not just launched new products inside an established company. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, limited resources and creating structure where very little exists.Strong consumer product craft. You’ve built products for consumers and know what excellent product thinking, design and execution look like. You understand what drives adoption, engagement and trust, and you bring high standards to the details that shape the customer experience.A hands-on AI builder. You’re already using modern AI and agentic tools to prototype, build and ship. These tools have materially changed how you work, and your view of what AI makes possible comes from using them yourself.This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at a strategic level. You’ll move between company-level product decisions, customer problems, prototypes, hiring and execution every week.Two of the three founders have previously built and sold businesses. This is an opportunity to join them at an early stage and have significant influence over both the product and the team that gets built around it.We’ll start with a brief conversation.
