More details as below.Title: Head of Product EngineeringLocation: Kochi, Kerala, relocation to Kochi is MUST Job Type: permwork Mode: Fully On site What You Will Own -Engineering Organisation & CultureStrategy & Long-Term ArchitectureLeadership Team ContributionDelivery ExcellenceYou will lead a 30+ person engineering organisation across three product teamsNon-Negotiable Requirements14–20 years in software engineering, with 5–8 years in people leadership — managing managers, not just engineers; total years matter less than the depth and scale of your leadership experienceDemonstrated experience building and leading engineering organisations of 25 or more across multiple teams or product linesBackground in B2B SaaS or enterprise product companies — you have shipped products to real customers, not just delivered projectsProven track record of building engineering culture from scratch or from dysfunction — not just inheriting a healthy teamActive ownership of hiring — you have built pipelines, interviewed at scale, and closed strong candidatesStrong communicator — credible with engineers and business stakeholders alike; translates complexity into clarityHas built and led multi-team engineering orgs of 25–60+ people. Develops managers, not just engineers. Creates structure where none existed.Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial enterprise software.
