Head of Product Management

PECTIV is a premium feminine care brand based in the UAE.As we scale toward our long-term regional growth vision, we are looking for an ambitious and growth-driven Head of E-commerce to lead PECTIV’s ecommerce growth and customer journey.Role DescriptionThis role will own ecommerce growth strategy, retention, offers, conversion optimization, and overall online commercial performance across UAE & KSA.QualificationsStrong product strategy and product management skills, with experience defining vision, positioning, and roadmaps for consumer products.Proficiency in product lifecycle management, including concept development, go-to-market planning, and post-launch optimization.Well-developed analytical skills and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret market research, financial metrics, and customer insights.Experience collaborating with sales and commercial teams to support revenue growth, pricing strategies, and channel performance.Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.Background in FMCG, personal care, healthcare, or related sectors is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree is a plus.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product plans and outcomes.
