A well-capitalized, early-stage technology company is building an AI-native platform for a large, historically underserved market, with customers already in production and strong early adoption.They are hiring a Head of Product to take ownership of product vision, strategy, and roadmap while partnering closely with executive leadership to determine where the platform goes next. You’ll shape products spanning AI-driven workflow automation, predictive analytics, conversation intelligence, revenue optimization, and operational tooling.This is a true zero-to-one leadership role for a product builder who wants direct accountability for both customer outcomes and commercial performance.Required Skills & ExperienceProven ownership of a revenue-generating software product, with direct accountability for measurable commercial metrics such as ARR, bookings, revenue growth, customer retention, or expansion. Demonstrated zero-to-one product leadership within a startup or high-growth environment, including customer discovery, prioritization under ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking new products from concept through market adoption. Deep understanding of products and workflows supporting sales-driven professionals, including lead conversion, quotas, compensation structures, commissions, producer behavior, and the operational mechanics behind revenue performance. Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience building within CRM, sales enablement, revenue intelligence, commission management, insurance technology, or another platform serving sales-oriented users. Exposure to AI-powered product development, particularly workflow automation, predictive analytics, conversational intelligence, or data-driven decision systems. Strong executive-level product leadership skills, with experience translating customer insights and commercial objectives into product strategy, roadmap decisions, and measurable business outcomes.
