Head of PMO | Energy & Infrastructure📍 Oxfordshire – hybrid, 3 days per week💷 £60,000–£80,000I’m working with a rapidly growing organisation within the low-carbon energy and infrastructure sector that is looking to appoint a Head of PMO.This is a senior position responsible for providing portfolio-level oversight across a growing pipeline of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring programmes remain aligned, properly resourced and commercially deliverable.Key responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the integrated master programme
• Oversee programme governance, risk and reporting
• Manage resource and capacity planning across multiple projects
• Identify dependencies, constraints and programme risks
• Support stage-gate and investment decisions
• Drive consistent project controls and PMO best practiceWe’re looking for someone with significant programme/portfolio leadership experience within energy, utilities, infrastructure or major construction programmes.Experience within heat networks or low-carbon infrastructure would be particularly attractive.Interested?
