If you would like to grow, develop, and take a strong step forward in your career on this journey with us, we would be delighted to welcome you to our teamWe are looking for a "Senior PMO Manager / Transformation PMO Manager" to join Aras Digital and support our growing international transformation agenda.Aras Digital is responsible for delivering and operating digital platforms for parcel delivery operations across multiple countries. As our scope continues to expand with new country rollouts, group-wide initiatives, and company integration projects, we are looking for a strong PMO professional who can bring structure, transparency, and management discipline to our project portfolio.This role will be part of the management support layer of Aras Digital and will work closely with the Managing Director, leadership team, product teams, engineering teams, country organizations, and group stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate Aras Digital’s overall project and program portfolioTrack project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, blockers, and key decisionsPrepare regular management and board-level status reportsSupport project governance, demand prioritization, and portfolio decision-making processesTrack budgets, forecasts, costs, country-specific efforts, resource usage, and project workloadsSupport internal and external invoicing preparation based on country effort and project scopeOrganize steering meetings, prepare agendas, follow up action items, and ensure decision transparencySupport Technopark / R&D project documentation and reporting processes where requiredReduce the management and coordination workload of senior leadership and technical teams through structured follow-up and reportingQualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field10+ years of experience in project/program management, PMO, or transformation managementExperience in IT, software development, digital transformation, or technology-driven organizationsStrong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, and management reportingExperience with senior management, steering committees, and board-level reportingStrong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in an international environmentFluency in written and spoken English and willingness to travel when requiredKnowledge of Agile delivery models, software development lifecycle, and project management toolsExperience with budget tracking, cost allocation, or intercompany invoicing processesExperience in logistics, parcel delivery, transportation, e-commerce operations, or multi-country transformation programs is preferredExperience with R&D / Technopark reporting processes preferredWhat We ExpectWe are looking for a senior professional who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a dynamic and international project environment.
