The Head of Projects serves as the bridge between vision and reality, ensuring that all projects are delivered with design integrity, commercial viability, and construction excellence. This role is responsible for the safe, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of all developments while driving innovation, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities of this role are : Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Planning Design Integrity & Technical Governance Construction Management & Site Authority Financial & Commercial Management Stakeholder & Authority Management Team Development & Operations Periodic Reporting Market Intelligence & RiskRequirements12 to 15 years of progressive experience in real estate development or construction project management, with a minimum of 5 years in the GCC region.This is a client-representative, developer-side position. Prior experience on the client/developer side, or with a PMC or Consultancy, is essential and highly desired. Candidates whose experience is limited to main contractor roles will not qualify.Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, project managers, BIM specialists) and interfacing directly with authorities, financiers, and JV partners.Track record of end-to-end project delivery: design governance, value engineering, contractor management, commercial oversight, and handover.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; PMP certification is required.Strong working knowledge of engineering software and platforms, including AutoCAD and BIM.Strong command of FIDIC Conditions of Contract, with proven experience administering FIDIC-based agreements.Fluent Arabic speaker with a strong command of English, both written and spoken.BenefitsCompetitive Salary and BenefitsWork permit & Health CoverageProfessional Development OpportunitiesA Dynamic and Collaborative work environment with Growth Potential
