Head Of QHSE

A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior QHSE Manager to lead and drive health, safety, environmental, and quality excellence across major construction projects in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and implement the company-wide QHSE strategy across all projects and businessunits• Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across all sites• Oversee development and implementation of QHSE policies, procedures, andmanagement systems• Lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions areimplemented• Advise senior management on QHSE risks, performance, and strategic initiatives• Manage client, consultant, and authority relationships on all QHSE matters• Ensure effective training, competency development, and leadership of QHSE teams• Monitor and report on QHSE performance, KPIs, and compliance across projectsRequirements:• Minimum 15+ years’ experience in QHSE within construction, with a focus on construction projects.• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a main contractor• Strong knowledge of UAE standards and UAE regulatory requirements• Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale, high-risk projects safely• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills• Relevant degree in Engineering or Safety-related discipline• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and ISO Lead Auditor certifications preferred
