HEAD OF REAL ESTATE – Dubai - AED 60K - 70K + Family Status Our client, one of the Leading Semi-govt Real Estate Developer is looking to hire Head Of Real Estate based in Dubai. Budget; AED 60K - 70K + Family Status (Visa, Medical, Annual Airfare + Education allowance) + Commission, Reporting to – Executive VP Sales & Operations. Job Summary: Lead and manage the organization's real estate portfolio to maximize asset value, revenue generation, and long-term growth. Oversee property investments, acquisitions, leasing, asset management, development projects, and operational performance while driving strategic initiatives, enhancing profitability, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the real estate strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Lead acquisitions, disposals, investment evaluations, and portfolio expansion initiatives. Oversee asset management activities to maximize occupancy, rental income, and property value. Manage leasing strategies, tenant relationships, and commercial negotiations. Direct real estate development projects from concept to completion. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and investment recommendations. Manage P&L, CAPEX, OPEX, and annual budgets for the real estate division. Build relationships with investors, developers, consultants, and government entities. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and governance standards. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred. 15+ years of experience in real estate with at least 7 years in leadership roles. Strong UAE market knowledge across commercial, residential, retail, and mixed-use assets. Proven experience in investments, asset management, leasing, and development. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
