The organization looks for individuals who can contribute to its vision and grow with the company over time.Role Description The Head of Real Estate Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position oversees the end-to-end development lifecycle, including site identification, feasibility analysis, concept development, and coordination of design, construction, and handover activities. The role manages project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring alignment with Masan’s focus on unique living spaces, sustainability, and market expectations. The Head of Real Estate Development collaborates closely with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to secure approvals and deliver successful projects. Daily responsibilities include strategic planning of the development portfolio, monitoring performance of projects, leading cross-functional teams, and reporting on project progress and financial outcomes to senior leadership.QualificationsStrong background in Residential Real Estate, with experience leading development projects from concept to completion.Solid Finance skills, including budgeting, financial modeling, investment analysis, and return-on-investment evaluation for development projects.Experience in Property Management, with the ability to optimize asset performance and enhance resident and tenant satisfaction.Knowledge of Facility Management (FM), including operational planning, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle management of real estate assets.Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external partners within the real estate sector.Strong understanding of local regulations, zoning, permitting, and development processes in Saudi Arabia or comparable markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Architecture, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to work on-site, make informed decisions quickly, and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
