The company is committed to high levels of professionalism, transparency, and client service in the Saudi capital market.Role Description The Head of Real Estate Funds is a full-time, senior leadership role responsible for originating, structuring, and managing real estate fund products, with a focus on commercial and income-generating assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating real estate investment opportunities, leading due diligence and financial analysis, and overseeing fund performance, reporting, and compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The Head will work closely with asset management, investment banking, and advisory teams to develop fund strategies, optimize portfolios, and support fundraising and investor relations activities. The role also involves mentoring team members, enhancing investment processes, and contributing to the strategic growth of Yaqeen Capital.QualificationsStrong Finance and Investments skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio management.Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and broader Real Estate markets, with experience in acquisition, development, or asset management.Proven capability in conducting rigorous Due Diligence on real estate assets, counterparties, and market conditions.Extensive experience in real estate fund management.Knowledge of Saudi and regional regulatory frameworks related to capital markets and real estate investments.Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships, including investors and partners.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certification CFA is a plus.CME-4 is a MUST, in case the candidate doesn't have CFA.At least 10 years of experience. يقين المالية شركة استثمارية سعودية مدرجة في السوق المالية السعودية ومرخّصة، تخضع لأنظمة هيئة السوق المالية بموجب الترخيص رقم (37-06020). تقدم خدمات الوساطة، إدارة الأصول، المصرفية الاستثمارية، الحفظ والمشورة الاستثمارية للأفراد والمؤسسات.المهام والمسؤوليات:المسمى الوظيفي: رئيس صناديق العقاراتيُعد هذا الدور القيادي دواماً كاملاً ومسؤولاً عن استقطاب وهيكلة وإدارة منتجات الصناديق العقارية، مع التركيز على الأصول التجارية والمدرّة للدخل. وتشمل المسؤوليات اليومية تحديد وتقييم فرص الاستثمار العقاري، والعناية الواجبة والتحليل المالي، والإشراف على أداء الصندوق وإعداد التقارير والامتثال للضوابط التنظيمية والداخلية. سيعمل الرئيس عن قُرب مع فرق إدارة الأصول، والمصرفية الاستثمارية، والاستشارات لتطوير استراتيجيات الصناديق، وتحسين المحافظ الاستثمارية، ودعم أنشطة جمع رأس المال وعلاقات المستثمرين. كما يتضمن الدور توجيه أعضاء الفريق، وتحسين العمليات الاستثمارية، والمساهمة في النمو الاستراتيجي ليقين كابيتال.المؤهلات: مهارات قوية في التمويل والاستثمار، بما في ذلك النمذجة المالية، والتقييم، وإدارة المحافظ.خبرة واسعة في العقارات التجارية وأسواق العقارات، مع خبرة في الاستحواذ أو التطوير أو إدارة الأصول.قدرة مثبتة على إجراء العناية الواجبة الصارمة على الأصول العقارية، والجهات المقابلة، وفي ظروف السوق.خبرة واسعة في إدارة الصناديق العقارية.معرفة بالأطر التنظيمية السعودية والإقليمية المتعلقة بأسواق المال والاستثمار العقاري.قيادة مثبتة في إدارة الفرق متعددة الوظائف وعلاقات أصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك المستثمرون والشركاء.مهارات ممتازة في التحليل والتفاوض والتواصل باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في التمويل، أو الاقتصاد، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة؛ وتُعد شهادة المحلل المالي المعتمد (CFA) ميزة إضافية.شهادة (CME-4) إلزامية في حال لم تكن لدى المرشح شهادة CFA.خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات.
