Position Title: Head of Recreation - Emiratization Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to 20,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications Family Benefits: Medical insurance and visa sponsorship for spouse and children, annual airline ticket allowance and educational allowance for eligible children Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The UAE's premier hospitality management organization, overseeing some of the region's most iconic golf clubs and lifestyle destinations Job Description: § Direct the overall operations of recreation, leisure and sports facilities, ensuring exceptional member experiences, operational efficiency, premium service standards, and full compliance with safety regulations. § Lead operations across multiple venues and courts, overseeing facility performance, coaching academies, tournaments, events, customer engagement, court utilization and consistent service delivery. § Drive revenue generation, budgeting, profitability and business expansion through memberships, bookings, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, recreational programmes and strategic marketing initiatives. § Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage third-party operators and commercial partners, strengthen member acquisition and retention, and deliver measurable operational and financial results to senior management.

Qualifications

§ 48 years old and below; UAE National with a valid Family Book is Must, applying under the company's Emiratization hiring programme. § Significant management experience in recreation, leisure, sports, fitness, premium hospitality, golf clubs or private members' clubs, preferably overseeing multiple facilities or operational divisions. § Proven ability to manage budgets, revenue targets, profitability, sporting events, external operators, service standards and customer retention. § Excellent stakeholder management, communication, team leadership, and analytical skills, with strong knowledge of hospitality or leisure operations.
