Job Description

Direct the overall operations of recreation, leisure and sports facilities, ensuring exceptional member experiences, operational efficiency, premium service standards, and full compliance with safety regulations.Lead operations across multiple venues and courts, overseeing facility performance, coaching academies, tournaments, events, customer engagement, court utilization and consistent service delivery.Drive revenue generation, budgeting, profitability and business expansion through memberships, bookings, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, recreational programmes and strategic marketing initiatives.Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage third-party operators and commercial partners, strengthen member acquisition and retention, and deliver measurable operational and financial results to senior management.

Qualifications
