Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead cross-functional teams in Cebu and Davao, optimize recruitment funnels, and elevate our employer brand.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop scalable hiring strategies, partner with executive leaders, and mentor recruitment and sourcing teams across Cebu and Davao.Funnel Optimization: Oversee sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche PH/AU roles, maximizing ROI and reducing time-to-fill.Data & Analytics: Own recruitment dashboards, funnel metrics, hiring velocity, and recruiter productivity reports to drive improvements.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads, external vendors, and AU clients involved in the decision-making process.Employer Branding: Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns, build academic/industry networks, and represent the company at key recruitment events.Must-Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.10+ years of total recruitment experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.Proven track record in BPO or VA environments, ideally with AU or US market exposure.Hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Airtable), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.Experience managing recruitment budgets, vendor contracts, and team KPIs.Willingness to work 100% onsite in Cebu, Philippines.Good-to-HaveDirect experience hiring within the AU finance market.Established networks with regional educational institutions and professional associations.Why Join UsExecutive Impact: Work directly with executive leadership to influence company growth and strategy.Multi-Market Leadership: Expand your leadership footprint across both regional (PH) and international (AU) markets.Dynamic Scope: Drive strategic branding, vendor partnerships, and team development in a fast-paced environment.How to ApplyClick the "Easy Apply" button below and complete the short screening questions to start your application!
