Professionals joining ProFleet can expect to work in a technically advanced, reliability-driven environment with diverse international projects.Role Description The Head of Recruitment at ProFleet Engineering will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function for the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cork and involves developing recruitment strategies, workforce plans, and hiring processes aligned with business growth across Europe and the US. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership to define role requirements, managing requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, and overseeing interview and selection processes. The role will also drive employer branding initiatives, optimize recruitment tools and platforms, maintain compliance with local and international employment regulations, and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement. The Head of Recruitment will manage and mentor recruitment staff, collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers, and ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.Qualifications Proven experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition in engineering, construction, industrial, or similar project-based environments.Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, including use of digital recruiting tools, job boards, and professional networks.Experience developing recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives to support scalable growth.Solid knowledge of employment legislation, recruitment compliance, and best practices in inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring.Ability to build effective relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and external partners, with strong stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated people management skills, including leading and coaching recruitment teams and managing third-party agencies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation, presentation, and influence capabilities.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with international operations, managing multiple requisitions and deadlines concurrently.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and data-driven reporting on recruitment metrics.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.Experience designing and implementing structured interview processes, assessment methods, and onboarding practices.Strong analytical and
