Head of Recruitment

We're partnering with a well-established organisation in Malaysia to find their next Head of Talent Acquisition.This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting into senior leadership, where you'll take full ownership of the TA function for a large, established workforce. You'll lead and develop a sizeable team, shape hiring strategy across both established and fast-growing parts of the business, and play a key role as the organisation continues to build out its tech and innovation capabilities.What you'll be doing:Owning the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and roadmap for the organisationLeading, mentoring and growing a team of recruitersPartnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategiesDriving the build-out of tech and specialist hiring capability as the business scales its innovation agendaBringing structure, data-driven thinking and process improvements to the TA functionChampioning employer branding and candidate experience initiativesWhat they're looking for:Proven experience leading a TA function at scale within a large, regulated organisationA background in tech recruitment / tech talent strategy is strongly preferred, given the direction of the businessStrong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence at senior levelsA track record of building and developing high-performing recruitment teamsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
