Location: Riyadh, KSAJob DescriptionWe are hiring an experienced and proactive Head of Recruitment for a reputed company in Riyadh, KSA.

The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting workforce requirements for projects and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and hands-on experience in the construction or MEP sector.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical rolesCoordinate manpower planning with project and department headsHandle employee onboarding, contracts, renewals, and HR documentationEnsure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policiesManage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and benefits administrationCoordinate visas, work permits, medicals, and government-related formalitiesSupport performance management, appraisals, and employee relationsHandle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit proceduresPrepare HR reports, MIS, and assist in HR auditsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field13–15 years of HR experience, preferably in HVAC / construction / MEP companiesStrong understanding of Qatar Labor Law and immigration proceduresExperience hiring engineers, technicians, and site workforceProficient in MS Office and HR systemsStrong communication, coordination, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferredCandidates currently based in KSAImmediate joiners or short notice periodExperience handling a multicultural workforceWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary package (as per market standards)Opportunity to work with a reputed HVAC organizationProfessional and growth-oriented work environment
