This role oversees the end-to-end hiring process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across all levels and functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment campaigns, coordinating and conducting interviews, and refining processes to ensure an efficient, positive candidate experience. The Head of Recruitment will build and strengthen employer branding initiatives, develop graduate and early-career recruitment programs, and collaborate closely with leadership to align hiring priorities with business goals. The role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics, managing relationships with external partners, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong hiring and recruiting skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.Candidates should possess expertise in employer branding to position Habico Properties as an attractive workplace.Candidates should possess proven interviewing skills, with the ability to assess both technical capabilities and behavioral fit.Candidates should possess experience in graduate recruitment or early-career talent programs.Relevant skills such as talent strategy development, workforce planning, and stakeholder management are beneficial.Prior experience leading a recruitment function, preferably within real estate or a fast-growing sector, is advantageous.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS platforms, are expected.A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; professional HR or recruitment certifications are a plus.
