Head of Recruitment | Build & Lead Our London Office📍 London Bridge, London | Hybrid💰 Competitive Basic Salary + Commission📈 Leadership ProgressionReady to build something, not just inherit it?Eurobase People is growing in London, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Leader to play a pivotal role in growing our London office.This is a great opportunity to build and lead a recruitment team while having the backing of an established business with over 25 years of industry experience.You'll be responsible for leading from the front - continuing to develop your own desk while hiring, coaching and managing a team of Recruitment Consultants, driving performance and helping shape the future direction of our London operation.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and managing a team of Recruitment Consultants, driving performance and developmentBuilding and growing your own successful 360 recruitment deskHiring, onboarding, coaching and mentoring new consultantsSetting clear expectations around activity, performance and revenueSupporting consultants to develop their desks and maximise their potentialDriving business development and strengthening client relationshipsDeveloping recruitment strategies across specialist Technology marketsWorking closely with senior leadership to shape the growth of the London officeCreating a high performance culture where people are motivated to succeedIdentifying opportunities to grow the team, client base and overall London operationYou'll ideally have:Previous experience managing a team of Recruitment ConsultantsA strong track record within 360 recruitmentProven billing and commercial successExperience within IT, Technology, Digital, ERP, Engineering or another specialist recruitment marketStrong business development and client management experienceExperience hiring, coaching and developing recruitersThe ability to set expectations, manage performance and hold people accountableStrong leadership and communication skillsA commercially driven and entrepreneurial mindsetThe resilience and ambition to help grow a businessYou're not joining a start up.
