Compliance Governance & ReportingTranslate and elevate regulatory requirements and intelligence into clear, practical, strategic business‑ready recommendations.Design and implement a structured compliance reporting framework (KPIs, dashboards, risk metrics)Establish governance, escalation, and visibility of risksDrive standardisation of tools and processesLead compliance reviews and reportingEmbed accountability and transparency culture3. Cross-functional Integration & Business EnablementEnsure alignment across global and regional teamsEmbed regulatory input early in innovationEnable compliant market entry Balance regulatory risk with commercial objectivesQualifications & ExperienceDegree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related scientific discipline.8+ years of relevant experience within regulatory affairs for food, confectionery, FMCG, or related sectors, preferably with a multinational food manufacturing company.Strong knowledge of GCC and Egypt food regulations, Codex principles, claims regulations, ingredient standards, and policy processes.Proven leadership in compliance systems and reportingStrong external influencing experience.Excellent communication, critical thinking and analytical capability.Key Internal & External StakeholdersInternal: Regulatory, R&D, Commercial, Quality, Legal, PackagingExternal: Authorities, trade associations, consultants
