Head of RenewalsCorporate ServicesDubai, UAESELECTED RECRUITMENT is partnering with a leading Corporate Services company in Dubai to appoint an experienced Head of Renewals.This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the company’s renewals function, leading a team and driving client retention, renewal conversion and commercial performance.We are specifically looking to speak with candidates who have extensive hands-on experience managing renewals and understand how to successfully lead a high-volume, target-driven renewals function.Key responsibilities will include:Leading and developing the Renewals teamOwning the overall renewals and client retention strategyManaging renewal portfolios, conversion rates and revenue performanceSetting and monitoring individual and team KPIsDriving gross profit and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performanceManaging escalations and ensuring a consistently high level of client serviceUsing CRM and performance data to identify trends and improve renewal ratesCoaching, developing and performance managing the teamWorking closely with internal stakeholders and channel partnersContinuously improving renewal processes and customer lifecycle managementThe successful candidate will ideally have 6–8+ years’ experience across Renewals, Retention, Account Management or a closely related commercial function, with demonstrable experience managing renewal portfolios and teams. Experience within Corporate Services, Business Setup, Free Zones, Licensing or Government Services would be highly advantageous, although we are open to candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate significant renewals leadership experience.
