Head of Rental

JOB OVERVIEWThe Head of Rental reports directly to the General Manager and has full accountability for the operational performance of the SIXT Rent A Car business across the UAE. The role is responsible for leading all branch operations, customer service, operational support functions, pricing, compliance and commercial execution to deliver sustainable year-on-year growth while maintaining exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead a large multi-site operation and build a high-performance culture driven by accountability, continuous improvement and customer obsession.
