Head of Retail | DubaiLocation: DubaiCompensation: AED 50,000 per month + benefitsA leading food retail business is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation and is seeking a Head of Retail to drive the performance and evolution of its retail business across stores and digital channels.This is a high-impact leadership role, with responsibility for shaping the overall retail strategy while ensuring strong execution across a multi-site supermarket network. The role will bring together commercial performance, operational excellence, customer experience and omnichannel growth, with a clear focus on building a more efficient, profitable and scalable retail business.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supermarket operations and grocery retail, with the commercial mindset to drive sales and profitability and the operational discipline to improve productivity, availability, inventory and cost efficiency.Experience in building high-performing teams and leading retail transformation will be important, as will a strong understanding of the evolving relationship between physical stores and e-commerce.We are looking for a senior retail professional with a proven track record in multi-site supermarket, grocery or food retail operations, ideally with experience across the UAE/GCC and meaningful exposure to P&L ownership, omnichannel retail and e-commerce.
