We support government entities and municipalities in achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.The RoleWe are looking for a leader who can ensure that everything delivered by the Group is converted into revenue collected on time, with minimal leakage.You will lead project governance, billing, and collections across the Group and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Project Management Office (PMO): Audit project progress, ensure milestones are completed and acceptance certificates/minutes are obtained, and escalate delays at an early stage.Ensure that every accepted milestone is converted into an invoice without delay.Follow up on collections until cash is received and manage overdue receivables with government entities.Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and monitor the gap between what has been delivered, invoiced, and collected.Act as a counterpart to Business Unit leaders and hold them accountable for providing the required inputs for timely billing and project delivery.Requirements10–15 years of experience, including leadership experience in PMO, contract management, or progress claims/interim payment applications.Direct experience with Saudi government contracts and their payment cycles, including acceptance certificates, progress claims, and the Etimad platform.PMP certification or equivalent; strong financial knowledge is preferred.A proven track record of improving collections and reducing overdue receivables, supported by clear, measurable results.Strong follow-up and escalation skills, with an auditor's mindset and a refusal to accept “the client is delayed” as a final explanation.
